If this is a dream, that would mean that everyone else and everything else was a figment of your imagination. Do you really think that you would of imagined me or imagined my arguments? And I know I am real, and I am pretty sure my friends are real along with other things, and I think most would agree.

You have to believe in God to cover your ass. When you die if there is a God and you go to heaven then your ass is covered. But if you die & go to heaven & there is a God & you didn't believe in God then you've got a lot of explaining to do.

I think there got to be a god. Everything happen for a reason. I like option 1, Nothing is real. I read in some books that we could just be leaving in a dream in which the moment we died here is the moment we woke up from it. now THAT is trippy. I feel using the Bible is proof God doesnt exist, cause of contraditries, is moot. 1) The Bible was written by many, many, many, many, people, with different views and interpertations during that time, of what was going on(Hence contradictions in Michael, Mark, Luke, and John) 2) the 66 Books of the Bible (at least I think it was 66), are just SOME of the possible books. Those choosen were choosen by a bunch of wrinkly old dudes back in the Roman era. There were in fact, 1000's of possible books. 3) Lastly, I personally believe that the Bible is NOT ment to be taken literally WORD FOR WORD. I think a lot of it is metaphorical, and it all MEANS something, but not nesscarily what is written down on paper. These arguments ONLY apply to the Bible, as I know next to nothing about the Torah, the Qu'ran, ect.

i agree with what Christian said on how it only applies to the bible and i still stand by it's about what you believe i mean my other point after reading what Christian wrote is you asked "is there A god" there are in fact many if you wanna get into it all simply thinking about other religions where they believe in a different god then others do so the question isn't really a good one now is it because there cannot be just one god there's many because of many religions, some of which believe in multiple gods, and this is coming from someone who doesn't believe in religion so take it from there that your question is technically an incorrect question...

I don't personally because it seems like a childish thing, you know like santa claus. I agree with chad in that there is 0 proof, just like magic and santa claus and bigfoot, but everyone knows those are not real. I think if there was a god, the world would be a better place and there would be no racism(Dammit Bryan I am not a Skalchaka blebble) or sexism and all that.
Thats just my belief.

You are mostly right. There most crtainly IS God. How do you people think you got here!!?? Something just blew up and made you!? you'd rather believe the obvious [glow=red,2,300]LIE[/glow] that you were'nt created for a reason!? And for those of you who ask how God got here? God just Is. He is the air, the trees, heck, he's everything around you. Now in saying that I must also say that there is hell. And that Satan is real. Let me tell you something. Satan used to be an angel. He also used to walk upon feet. But he contradicted The Lord and was thrown down from heaven. Than he tempted Adma and Eve- the first human's ever created, and was sent to slither like a serpent for al eternity. God has made us from himself. Whether you have a million freckles and bushy ginger hair or bright blue eyes and strawberry blode hair; you are beauty because he made you in his image. God was able to create you just simply because he has that ability. He's not a wizard or a genie but a god. THE God. THe ONE and only, true, God. Just know that. You may believe otherwise, but when he comes for the final final time, you better hope you know the truth, have accepted it, and welcomed him into your life and heart!

But there is proof!! Want to see it right now? Go find a mirror! How do YOU think you got here? And the reason the world has problems is US!! Not Him! We just like to find someone to blame our problem's on. I won't deny it. He gavee us independence beacause we asked for it. And if you ask me, He's being pretty danged LOVING to not let us all die for our sind, after all he's done for us. He was killed for us! And more impotantly, He let Himself be killed!

You have to believe in God to cover your buttt. When you die if there is a God and you go to heaven then your butt is covered. But if you die & go to heaven & there is a God & you didn't believe in God then you've got a lot of explaining to do. No we don't. Of course I belive in God! Because i know the truth! But he gives us a fair choice and warning as to whether or not we choose to belive. And he won't kill you because of it! I love God and he loves me like no other! And whether I was a murdere or goody-two, he would still love me... Of course there are always consequences, but He will NEVER give up on you.

LOL. Because your limited mind could not explain the beginning of something doesn't mean that there is a god. faith is all you have believers and nothing more. and faith does not prove anything at all. LOL. you were brainwashed into believing into the concept of a god.
and why use the pronoun "he". is god a male?

Nash, it sure is a big leap of faith to claim there is no God. Taking a neutral stance is one thing, but you are, without hard evidence, taking a huge leap of faith in your belief there is no God. I have my faith, and I also have a purpose, a hope, peace and a future. What do you have? Your faith and a belief that this is all there is and that there is no hope and no purpose. It is hard to give a deity a gender in that they have no physical body, but obviously Christ was male and God is clearly a paternal figure

How can you possibly think that everything just appeared? I fail to see how believing there is no God makes sense.
