You can ask anyone questions, make comments do whatever you can to convince yourself who you are voting for.
Candidates make statements as often as you like.

What is different about you?
What is different about me is I understand what it is like to be different, so that will help me understand all the different sort of people here and how who they are as people affects them as how they post and their style. I always stay positive and I have had very few people in the org world that does not think I am a nice person and easy to talk to.
What would be your Ideal staff?
My Ideal staff would be a staff of diverse people. People who are able to see things and understand them in different ways. They can branch out from their own ideas, and understand how other people feel and their ideas. They can compromise with other people and get along with all sort of different people. They respect what other people think, and don't enforce their own ideas on other people. My ideal staff would be a group of people that can work well together and solve problems in an fair and efficient way.

What is different about you? I'm unique and has a different personality than everyone else. I dance away my anger or just use the computer to cease my anger. I'm an outgoing person who you can talk to if you have any problems. I'm always here for people, just PM me and I'll get to you as soon as possible.
What would be your Ideal staff? my ideal staff is people who try their best to work together as a team and will never bring the team down no matter what. The staff needs to have fun on what they are doing and instead of bringing negative vibes positive vibes. They help new members feel welcomed and respectful to everyone meaning everyone including the site! The ideal staff must be aware on what is going on with the site and helps stops forum fights and wars. They should understand where a member comes from. They should never make fun of anyone who can't spell right. The best thing you can do about it is to help them by pointing out their mistakes so they can correct it. They should also not judge other people. They should provide ideas to the site and help out the best of their abilities.

What is different about you?I think I'm different because I can be serious without taking myself too seriously. I'm not always the loudest person out there, but I honestly put myself into what I do, and (try to XD) keep from getting too full of myself. Basicly, You can expect me to take it seriously if you have a problem or trouble, but also be more than just a robot when you don't. That aside, I'll listen to you and do my best to help out when you need me, at the very least. What would be your Ideal staff?I'm not really sure. I think all the choices are good ones, so I guess just the people that'll help run things right for SRGO and all it's members, and keep a well-flowing balance between themselves. As a rough ball-park guess on it though, I'd say Softball, CHW, or Actr could make good Admins, and Tlk and I might make good Mods. You never know though, neh?
