Hey everyone! This was my app for the admin position, in case any of you wanted to know. I know I only have 100 posts, but i uber active and I love ORG's! I really do like it here, and if any of you have any questions for me, do feel free to ask them, either here or in a PM. Thanks!

1. What Unique Skills do you bring SRGO?
- I am a very active ORG player. I enjoy talking to people, espically new people that I do no know very much. I am really dedicated, and I tend to put a lot of time into these kind of things. Almost TOO much time.
2. Are you able to log in everyday?
- Usually unless my internet goes down, which my happen. But I try to cath up at least once a day.
3. Why do you want to be staff?- Because I enjoy SRGO, and I know that I can bring a lot to the table. I want to help people, but also get more involved.
4. Can you host/help with games?
- Yes! I love to host games, even more so then play them. I am willing to help, and I can also write episodes.
5. What can you do to make this site a better place?
- First try to get more people here. I think that is the biggest problem that there isnt enough way active members unless they are playing ORG's. This is more than a game site. This is a community.
6. What would you do if 2 members were fighting?
- First ask them to take it to PM's, cause we dont want others to get involved. Then I will ask if they need any help getting it resolved, and if they do, I will help be a mediator. Im trained to do that all ready, so it is not that hard for me. I will ALWAYS listen to both sides and not creat the solution for them, but help them reach it on their own.
7. Can you bring other members to the site/ help with advertising?
- Yes! I have tried a little bit, but if made staff I will try even harder to get more people to jojn.
8. Why should you be picked?
- Becuase I have all the qualities that a staff member should have. I am unbiased, I am willing to help, and I am extremely dedicated. I am willing to work anywhere needed, not just admin. I also understand that if I am not choosen this time, it just means other people are better qualified, and I can always try agian next time.

here is my app for people to read.

1. What Unique Skills do you bring SRGO?
One Unique skill that I bring to srgo is my attitude. I always try to have a good attitude about everything I do. Another unique skill that I have is my sense of humor. I am able to joke around with people and have fun, but I also have a serious side which I use when I am discussing something in the staff board. Another unique skill that I bring is my past org experiences. I feel this can help when hosting games, and knowing what sort of games could work, and what sort of games might not work as well. Another unique skill I bring to srgo is my ability to not judge people based on how they do in a game, or what they think about something. I feel this is very important.
2. Are you able to log in everyday?
Yes I am able to log on everyday except for a few days here and there when I am too busy, or have a huge paper to write or something.
3. Why do you want to be staff?
I want to be staff, so that I can help improve Srgo, and make it a better and happier place for people to come. I want people to be excited to come here, and look foward to coming here, and not have it seem like work. I want to help srgo stay a site for a very long time.
4. Can you host/help with games?
I can host games, but I do not have that much exspearience doing it. The only 2 games I really could host would be big brother and survivor becuase I do not know the rules to most of the others, and have not watched them. Unless I have my game all planned out in the past, I could not host during the school year. I could host near the end of December/start of Janurary, and during the summer.
5. What can you do to make this site a better place?
Some things I could do to make this site better is advertise more, and come up with an ad we could use everywhere so it is the same. Another idea I had is to advertise on more than just org sites, so we can get a more range of people. Another idea I have is to make some what weekely and common chats in the chat room. Another idea is to have a every other week news letter or something of that sort.
6. What would you do if 2 members were fighting?
If 2 members were fighting I would listen to both sides of the story. I would also listen to what the other staff members have to say. I would never decide something by myself. Being part of a staff means working together with other people, and deciding things together. I would try to mediate them to try to get to the root of the problem. It depends what they are fighting about, and what the attitude of the fighting was. I would pm both of the members explaining how their fighting is affecting the site, and ask them if they could please put their differences aside, and not fight in public on the boards because that tends to not look good to guests and other members. I would ask each person fighting what the staff could do to help them not be upset with each other anymore.
7. Can you bring other members to the site/ help with advertising?
As I said above yes, I can help with advertising. We need to get the right sort of people to come to the site. I am not all that great in making images for ads, but I can do the words for it and the language. In an ad I think the words are just as important as the image if there is one. I also think that it helps to keep track of the different places where the ad has been, and ask new members where they saw the site, so we know what sites the ad is working, and where it is not working.
8. Why should you be picked?
I think that I should be picked because as a current global mod I have done a bunch for the site. I have set up chats to get members to meet each other. I have contributed to many of the threads. I am active, so if there is a problem I can try to fix it. I have welcomed new members to the site with my welcome pm I have made. I can answer questions that members have. I have made birthday threads for people on their birthday. I am fair, and talk to other people before I decide something. I also have been a staff member on other sites before, so I know like what the job of a staff member is, and I have had experience doing it.
