10 contestants, split in teams, compete in challenges as 2 different teams. The winning team doesn't go to the boardroom, the losing team does. The person in the losing team who Donald Trump (ME) feels s though was less active, not working together as well, etc (w/ input from other people through answers to questions, etc.) will be told, "YOU'RE FIRED!"
In the end, the Finalists will have a gruelling LIVE and private interview with Trump, and after reviewing everything done through the entire game and that last interview, a winner will be crowned.
