Now here is the deal Jay. You can talk in the Captain's Quarters (Please don't PM when talking to officers. I like to have something to read ) to your officers and ask them their opinions on who to give Black Spots to, or you can just decide that all for yourself.

You will have 48 Hours (But, you know, the sooner the better, lol) to make this decision IN YOUR CONFESSIONAL!
