The winning crew, only 4 hours ahead of the other crew is...

So that means that the captain, Jay, and his 2 officers, Josh and T.I. (Wowi), will remain the same!!
With that being said, Jay, please talk once more in your Captain quarters board, or just make the decision on your own, whatever you choose, on the 3 that will get Black Spots. (In the Captain's Quarters board, please make a new thread in there, if you choose to discuss, and remember, those that get a Black Spot don't necessarily have to be from the other crew
