So basically this is a banner or buff making challenge. Who's good with that ?
It sounds like we have to include both teams in the flag.

Regardless if we are good or not, I think we should all attempt to make one by the end of today, and then vote on which one we think is best...and also give suggestions as to what can be changed to make the best one even better! That's my two cents because quite honestly I hate making these!

writing saying your fired on the people fired already and maybe something like only one will be hired

Good ideas Michael. Here is what I came up with. By no means is this any good...as I said before I am not creative enough nor do I have good programs that allow me to make banners well!  |
