As u know, I'm doing this from my iPod, so this is kind of hard...
I am very pleased with the site layout. I feel that things that have been recently changed here at the site were necessary, as well, and worth it.
I think it a lot easier for us staff when moving the boards into the archive section. It is less time consuming on that note. Plus, I believe it is an easier to follow format for the players and doesn't make them scroll all the way to the bottom of the page with it being a much longer main page.
The only thing I think is missing from the forums is a game section of the site, like online games where you can post your favorites or possibly just play them, etc.

Are you pleased with the layout of the site? If not what would you change?
- I think it looks great, it is not really cluttered. The one thing that I am pushing for once we get a new skin master, is to get skins made for all the games going on, so that way people can customize SRGO to what they want it to look like.
What is your opinion on the reality games category, is it better in its current form or the former form?
- I like it this way. It is a lot less cluttered, and it is easier staff wise. I understand how for a normal person, each game having its own category is nice, but I feel the current way is just as good.
What do you feel is missing from the forums, design wise?
- As I said in a previous question, I believe that design wise, new skins for the reality games, possibly for the seasons, etc, will make the site look even better.

How much can and will you advertise for SRGO?
-Honestly, I have been slacking a bit on advertising. But I have brought some people to the site, and those who play other games with me know I usually try to create an advertisement and ask people to join.
Is SRGO your favorite ORG site, will it always come first when you come online?
-Most definitely. If I am late for a challenge or something, I may check in there and state. But on normal days, SRGO is the first place I check. Now do I always get a chance to maintain and do some cleaning up, not always. But I always check.
What games can or can't you host, and how many games can we expect to see out of you a year?
- I can host pretty much anything, except for maybe Top Model. I don't wanna do that again. But I believe as Admin, my focus should be more on how the community is running and working, and that it should be my job to host every once in and a while. As Admin I would continue to host, a la Big Brother 4, but I would dedicate more time to the site and getting new people and maintaining it.
If a problem comes up on SRGO and you needed to stay up all night to fix it, would you?
- I would try my hardest. I mean, my computer is in my brother's room, so it is hard to stay on it, but I have snuck on a few times to finish something (sorry mom if you ever read this!), and on weekends and breaks I have been up well into the night( as in 3 AM.)

What Unique plans do you have for SRGO? - Well, I don't mean to be repetitious, but new skins is something. I have some ideas for the Hall of Fame for when the site is bigger and we have more members, such as a VIP Lounge for those who get on, let's say, 3 of the 5 Hall of Fame Categories. I also would love to expand the Melting Pot, but the last month I have had a lot of school stuff going on, but I plan to update that after my Spring Break (next week), when I will have more time. I am also gonna work and revive the mini board games area, as I have a few ideas, but have been to busy with life to implement them, but plan to have my Spring Break. Honestly, I can not say much more. I am the type of person who will think of random ideas on the spot, and bring them up to staff. I mean, I have my Idea 3.0 thread in the Staff Area, cause things just come to me. What is your plan to get more members to this site and keep them active? - Well, I plan to help to A LOT more advertising. I would also like to start offering incentives in games (BB4 will be the first, if Chad will allow), that way people will want to stay and play for games. I love the tempo of the games right now, having like 4 going on, so I would love to get some more hosts and keep this rate of games going. What is your plan to fix the Grammar and spelling Crisis that SRGO seems to have? - Honestly, I can not do much. I am terrible at spelling and grammar  I am the Lord Of Spelling's most common victim. But I will try to, uh, pay more attention in English class, so I will one less person in the growing spelling and grammar epidemic. What is your plan to fix SRGO's overall Image among the ORG community? - I want to try and get even more good hosts, to host more good games. I think the more games at run smooth and at the rate of games like Survivor 4, SRGO Idol 2(even though it has slowed down a bit), and The Apprentice (before CJ's computer meltdown). I also want to help make SRGO a more of a Community in general, not just ORG's. I would really try to stimulate the Discussion threads. I have already proven that I believe that the Discussion area is important, as The Melting Pot is my creation. What is your plan to make SRGO a better place overall? - Well, I will plan to continue to be friendly, and I want to promote a friendly environment. I also want to help include new members, as they tend to get shunned. I know I have PM'd a few new members and started conversations, but I want to expand to more. You can see above for my plans for SRGO and the Games, which I also feel will help make SRGO even better. I would cut and paste, but you all ready read that, and I do not want you to read anymore than you have too. (around 7 spelling and an 2 apostrophes and a comma.) |

What is your Policy on Alias's?
- I believe that Alias's should be used for games when you are asked to take on a celebrity, a la Survivor 6 and SRGO Idol 2 if the player wishes. I believe that the Admins should know about these Alias's
However, I understand that people may want a fresh start at SRGO. I understand the need for an alias to get that fresh start. I believe that if someone wishes to get that fresh start, an Alias is perfectly acceptable if they no longer use or log in as their previous account.
But I do believe that entering a game as 2 different people is cheating, and should continue to not be allowed.
What is your Stance on Cliques and Inside Jokes within parts of the SRGO Community?
- I believe that it is natural to have closer friends than others, and you have your own private jokes. I believe that there is nothing wrong with that.
But if these cliques get to the point where they alienate members from games, discussions, etc. they should be discouraged. I want everyone to be friendly to each other, but it is ok to have your closer friends. Just don't let it affect your relationship with everyone else.
What is your Stance on the Debate system?
- As a Debater in real life (insert your own witty remark here), I think it should be revamped. I would love to have more debates going on. I do think there should be separations for the debates for fun ones like Vanilla vs. Chocolate, and a serious sections for disagreements among members about how the games go, appropriate behavior, etc.
What is your Stance on the Current "Government" of SRGO?
- Well, I would not really call it a "Government" lol. But I believe it is as fair as it gets.
I mean, you will get complaints if you have a head admin pick all the staff. Your gonna get complaints about elections and popularity. There is no real clear answer.
However, from an inside staff view, I think it works. 99% of decisions and choices made about the site, the staff talks about. There is no one person deciding everything, we all have a say in it. And I think that is what is gonna be the best for an online site.
I do feel that, however, we can get the people of SRGO more involved, and it should be the responsibility of staff to work towards that. If elected, I WILL work towards that.
What Is your Policy on Curse words and Obscene or Sexual Conversations?
- I believe that since Proboard's requires it's members to be 13 or older, that conversations that use some curse words should be allowed. I believe that constant flaming or cursing in inappropriate, as well overtly public sexual conversations. I mean, I have little brothers, and i do not want them to be reading graphic posts.
If you want to be overtly crude and crass, do it someplace like Survivor sucks. Lots of cussing does not give off the appearance of a friendly site.
What is your Policy when it comes to Inactives playing in a game?
- I admit, I am guilty of keeping around inactives. it is hard for me to step back and look, cause who I am as staff and a member of the community is WAY different that me as a gamer. But inactives to make games less fun, but it is hard to just eliminate all inactives at one point.
What is your Stance on the Ban Penalty? When should someone be banned or suspended?
- I think that something such as deleting the site is ban worthy. I believe that someone who has a history of excessive flaming and threats to other members in unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
I do believe that people deserve a second chance, but should be but on high alert. I believe what is implemented now is pretty just, and it is a staff decision to ban someone.

Who is the Ultimate Female Player, Katie or Renny? - Geez, I cant answer that! I do not wanna show any favortisim! But I must say, both are pretty kick ass, and both could kick my ass any day of the week. Have you every used Drugs? -God no. My father would kill me. Literally. Besides, I have seen what drugs and stuff do to you body, and it is nasty. I dont wanna posion myself. Do you prefer Honey Mustard or Bleu Cheese? -Neither, actually. I am a ketchup kinda guy. What can you do that the other Candidate cannot? - I can devote a LOT more time. I all ready do. I am all ready chained the computer, so why NOT elect me. I belive that I like to consider what the people want,in stead of what the staff wants. Thats how I am about things in real life too. Many a times have I fought with Student Government Advisors/members over this. Um, my computer breaks down less frequently. Oh, wait, you mean like in real life? OK! Um, well, I can juggle 2 and a half objects. I can Debate (insert ANOTHER witty comment here) I am a talented orator. I can break out in a mean robot. I can stretch my skin pretty far I can read the 7th harry potter book in less than 24 hours I can make claims about what other people can not do with out even knowing if they can do those things. Would you like Fries with that? -Yes i would! And i love Tim McGraw  Do you feel certain members of the community have different Values to the site? -Yes, 100%. People have different opinions and beliefes about everything. As Admin, I would work my ass off to get SRGO to a place that can appease the most people, all at once. |

How much can and will you advertise for SRGO? I've already shown I can advertise with our record breaking numbers from February. I spent 2 hours at first, then even more advertising , so I can as much as needed (Softball helped me out a bit) Is SRGO your favorite ORG site, will it always come first when you come online? He'll yeah. Nowadays, it is the only ORG site that I go on to frequently, except for when I am advertising. What games can or can't you host, and how many games can we expect to see out of you a year? I can host ANY games and I have already made like 10 outlines since I came to the site. I can host as many games as needed to at once, as well as play in the others. If a problem comes up on SRGO and you needed to stay up all night to fix it, would you? I definately would! I would try my hardest and u know, as long as I don't fall asleep at the computer, u know it. What Unique plans do you have for SRGO? I want SRGO to surpass any other ORG site in not only members, but in number of games hosted and completed. Plus, I think SRGO should be known for acwide variety of games, whether they are original or based off of a tv show. What is your plan to get more members to this site and keep them active? Advertise as much as possible. I've spent countless hours advertising about a month ago and we had over 100 guests for over a week, 10-15 new members (5 or so are active), and it was the most site viewed and visited month in SRGO history. (Softball helped out some too) What is your plan to fix the Grammar and spelling Crisis that SRGO seems to have? Well, if Softball ever went inactive I would study up and try to fill in for her until I found her and dragged her back in a big burlap bag.  What is your plan to fix SRGO's overall Image among the ORG community? Advertising to try and show just how good this community is. Tell friends to come check things out, and have as many games as possible being played at once. What is your plan to make SRGO a better place overall? Make the games that I host even better. They are fine, as long as they are not appropriate What is your Stance on the Debate system? As long as things don't go to out of hand, like with figthing, I think the debate system is an AWESOME thing. What is your Stance on the Current "Government" of SRGO? to have elections twice a year is pretty cool, although I think if there are inactive staff members, they should be kicked off once absent and COMPLETELY unheard for a certain long amount of time. What Is your Policy on Curse words and Obscene or Sexual Conversations? Curses should be allowed in certain situations. Maybe more so behind-the-scenes (like via PM), but to have them in the boards themselves could be a turn-ff for some future memembers. I'm not a fan of obscene and sexual jokes/arguments, because i was put through that kind of stuff in early schooling, and i really don't find it too nice, whatsoever. What is your Policy when it comes to Inactives playing in a game? I think there should be rules in some games, depending on the host, that an inactive should be kicked out after a certain time period of being inactive in that game. I think someone should be suspended more then Ban because over time, people can change, like their personality or how they treat other people. You ae both an ultimate female player with different traits. You are both pretty much partners in almost every game, so your almost like 1. How about this, you are tied since you both have had your good times and bad times and are both always strong, hard playing, competitors. Have you every used Drugs? Maybe... No just kidding. despite all the bad times I've gone through, I've always managed to stear clear of the drugs. I've used stuff like medicine and stuff for headaches, but not illegal drugs Do you prefer Honey Mustard or Bleu Cheese? If i had to pick, Honey Mustard, even though I like regular mustard, ketchup, or ranch dressing more... What can you do that the other Candidate cannot? I am one of the Top 50 Male singers in my state. I am a better speller. I can do AMAZING Jim Carrey impersonations. I can put my foot in my mouth. I have gone to Disney World 5 times. See, during that time my team did not do a whole lot, and if it was heading in that direction, I had no time to sit and do the work. See, I have more time to sit and help make stuff work, instead of sit and play games. It is a hard concept to grasp, but my parents are not the most supportive of me doing ORG's. So it looks better to them if I am not playing the games. Does that expalin things a bit more? |
