Are you pleased with the layout of the site? If not what would you change?
I actually really like the layout of the site, it's organized in a way that appeals to me.

What is your opinion on the reality games category, is it better in its current form or the former form?
I have no idea what it looked like in its former form so I am unable to formulate a rational opinion.

What do you feel is missing from the forums, design wise?
I don't believe there is anything missing. If I think of anything I'll bring it up with someone.

How much can and will you advertise for SRGO?
I can and will advertise as much as SRGO needs me to.

Is SRGO your favorite ORG site, will it always come first when you come online?
While SRGO isn't necessarily my absolutely favorite, I still give it a large portion of my time because I enjoy the people here. It's a great community and very diverse. At the beginning of the day, I go to all the ORG sites I am affiliated with and check things thoroughly.

What games can or can't you host, and how many games can we expect to see out of you a year?
I have only hosted one game but I don't think it would be difficult to host anything as long as I can research how exactly the rules work so that I can be prepared to answer any and all questions players might ask.

If a problem comes up on SRGO and you needed to stay up all night to fix it, would you?
That is a simple task, I'm up all night anyway.

What Unique plans do you have for SRGO?
I don't have any plans for SRGO, I didn't think I was supposed to have any. I just wanted to become a Global Moderator to be able to troubleshoot with others and help keep the site maintained and organized, since I am available in the depths of the night.

What is your plan to get more members to this site and keep them active?
Be nice, advertise, and help whenever/wherever I can so that the games can run smoothly, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

What is your plan to fix the Grammar and spelling Crisis that SRGO seems to have?
I guarantee I am even better than Softball when it comes to spelling and grammar. I've caught ever her on occasion ::winks::

What is your plan to fix SRGO's overall Image among the ORG community?
I was unaware of any image problems.

What is your plan to make SRGO a better place overall?
I plan of making it a better place overall by being a level-headed boss with a nice sense of humor that isn't wound so tight. There is a huge difference in the way that people say things to others. You can either explain it to them, or you can just be snippy. I've seen snippy at this site far too many times. I think I can help handle things better and in a more friendly way.

What is your Policy on Alias's?
An alias can come in handy during different games. It is the Administrations right to know about an alias and it is administration's responsibility not to share that with regular members.

What is your Stance on Cliques and Inside Jokes within parts of the SRGO Community?
Cliques are unavoidable. Don't offend/discriminate and I am okay with them.

What is your Stance on the Debate system?
I love debates. Although I rarely will debate because I feel sometimes it's a waste of my time on certain issues. Again, if people don't get carried away and can walk away at the end of the day, then I am all for debates.

What is your Stance on the Current "Government" of SRGO?
I don't really know much about it, but I hope to learn about it really soon once I am elected as Global Mod.

What Is your Policy on Curse words and Obscene or Sexual Conversations?
Curse words are okay in confessionals and diary areas. They are not okay on the general board. Keep it clean, you never know if there are children coming to the site since it is a site about games.
And if you really gotta have a sexual conversation, keep it to the PMs, k?

What is your Policy when it comes to Inactives playing in a game?
Treat 'em and street 'em.

What is your Stance on the Ban Penalty? When should someone be banned or suspended?
There shouldn't be a suspension period, someone should either be allowed to stay, or be banned. No probationary period for repeat offenders and violators of multiple policies & procedures.

Actually I perfected the old layout so I would lobby to revert back to the old layout

ummm yeah the old format is better for sure as I mentioned befor sorta

not much, the fact that we can choose our backgrounds give us ernough options to keep us satisfied

Banning is sad but sometimes nesseary, and really it has to be very bad IE crashing the site, but even then be forgiving

How much can and will you advertise for SRGO? Well advertising is the problem, you just need the audience that is willing to come.. So if you like start up a facebook or something like that yea I can advertise there....coz I don't mind people knowing that I love playing ORG, you know for some reason the word ORG is a forbidden word....like don't use it around some people.... huh what is up with that.

What Unique plans do you have for SRGO? Have none at the moment, like to listen to what is on the drawing boards at the moment, and then go from there because my ideas would have to work with them not against any one or any game that is planed for in the future....

What is your plan to get more members to this site and keep them active? Well I reckon when we have say like 5 games that are on the go, to try to avoid that in the future and only have one game on the go. So there is activity going on at all times and at the same time work out any bugs in a new game that will be starting soon.

What is your plan to fix the Grammar and spelling Crisis that SRGO seems to have? Not gonna, leaving that up to the Spelling Guru Softball.

What is your plan to make SRGO a better place overall? Well I think we should try to keep all games moving, that is what lets this place down. Games being put on hold. Like to talk to the host and get them to pass on all info regarding the present game they are hosting to someone else on the admin team so if anything does happen, they can step in immediately.

Actually it rude to have cliques and inside jokes when your trying to host a game or site....It would be the quickest way to lose people from here, because they would feel left out....and people hate being left out. Sorry guys, but it is true.

What is your Stance on the Debate system? luv it....but if your going to have a Debate please hold it on a particular day, like every first monday of each month, type thing. Then that way people who interested in debates know when the next one is going to be held....it like there is no time here...

Are you pleased with the layout of the site? If not what would you change?

I love the layout of the site, I think we should get rid of the Aqua skin because it slows the site down alot with how it is, although it is pretty. I think we could benifit from a couple more skins aswell.

What is your opinion on the reality games category, is it better in its current form or the former form?

I prefer either form, I can game easily both ways. There are pro's and con's to both of the forms of that category. We just have to decide if we want clutter and easy access, or cramped with a nice and neat main page.

What do you feel is missing from the forums, design wise?

Maybe a side table with the news of the month, I like those tables on the side like at the Srgo's Next Top Model 4 site. Otherwise nothing is really missing.

Honestly, not that much as I don't really know that many sites. This is the only ORG site I really go to, but I can try to advertise.

As I stated above, this is the only ORG site I go to, so yes, yes it will.

I havent hosted before, but I figure I can learn and it couldn't be too hard.

What Unique plans do you have for SRGO? I think we should make the advertising board for members only who have a minimum of 25 posts or more(theres a code out there somewhere). I also believe that each game have a prediction writers board and we should get a prediction writers group to write about the games. I also think it would be cool if we had Survivor columnists to write about the survivor episodes, we need some more custom content.

What is your plan to get more members to this site and keep them active? Get my friends to join, we wouldnt have katie if it wasnt for me (waits for the boos lol)

What is your plan to fix SRGO's overall Image among the ORG community? Well I have noticed that their are certain sites that do not like us, my plan is to cuss them out because we are supreme.

What is your Stance on Cliques and Inside Jokes within parts of the SRGO Community? I think Every community has these and they can get out of hand but cant really be stopped. I try to not have that many.

What is your Stance on the Debate system? I like this debate system, and the one debate board, they serve their purpose.

What is your Stance on the Current "Government" of SRGO? I think members should know about the differences between admins and GB mods, to make sure they understand the government. Otherwise I love it, we are a democracy and not communist or a monarchy like other sites.

What Is your Policy on Curse words and Obscene or Sexual Conversations? I think both are fine to a degree, and if they get out of hand there should be a small suspension policy.

What is your Policy when it comes to Inactives playing in a game? If they don't show up to 3 challenges in a row, they should be kicked out.

What is your Stance on the Ban Penalty? When should someone be banned or suspended? Suspensions should be used when little rules are broken repeatidly. Bans should be handed out for multiple suspensions or something really bad.
