Welcome to the Boardroom. Please answer the following questions given to you to help me decide who to fire.
Josh: As Project Manager, you were supposed to lead your team. However, you did not listen to all ideas, you took one idea and ran with it and made the other desicions off that. Why?
Dandre: You gave very little input. Why?
Michaelnsync: Would you have changed anything with the pitch? Why?
Jigsaw: How do you feel you contributed, and how did the rest of the team do working on this project?

I did listen to all the ideas but I didn't go with all of the ideas, I was running short on time so I made up the pitch that I made up and posted it and didn't hear back from anyone so I had no choice but to go with what I came up with for the sake of submitting. It's our first loss with me as Project Manager so don't go telling me I can't effectively lead a team because 2 out of 3 ain't bad Christian.

Because it seemed after I gave my first idea they just brushed it off and didnt want to listen I feel other people are more responsible for our lost then me because Micheal came up with the idea and John took his idea

I feel that I had contributed as much as I could, I provided the THE 15 MOST POPULAR ICE CREAM FLAVORS, and also come up with some ideas.
I feel that the team did great. There's no one person that can say that some others is more responsible for the loss, we are a team. When 1 person falls, we all falls, and we are responsible for the loss equally. we will improve and make a come-back.

I felt our pitch was strong but i think if we all came to a group decision on the main topic oppose to like just the first. As dandre was saying josh just ran with my idea everybody has ideas and their own opinions that is what i was thinking at that time as you can see i posted another idea to follow but we didnt act on it and i think that might of done better

Yes I would just like to say that if you look at the history of all of our challenges, it's clear that Beyonce is the weakest person and should be fired...she will post just enough to slip by, but I believe from a PM/person in charge stand point that she just isn't effective. Just sayin'.  |
