Dandre: How do you feel your performance as Project Manager lives up to the other Project Manager;s you have worked for?
Josh: Who did the most work? Explain.
Michael: Do you plan to ever step up as Project Manager? When will this happen?
Jigsaw: Do you feel you contribute to the team? Please explain.

Dandre she is ineffective as both a leader and a staff member.
Josh: Who did the most work? Explain.
Well I think gathering the photos we all did some, so that was all gravy baby! When it came down to finding the photos of the opposite team, Jigsaw and me did most of the work. I mean sure, I didn't know any of them either, but I just didn't give up and say "i don't know any of these" which i think was pretty dumb on a Project Manager to do, but I'm just sayin. Just because I didn't know any didn't stop me from finding them.

Got to be the PM, at the last boardroom, she was saying about how she could lead as better than Josh. But I don't see it happen. Josh is always around during the challenges. But she only appeared to say that she know nothing. To me, that was like giving up. How can a leader who gives up so easily leads the team to victory?
Jigsaw: Do you feel you contribute to the team? Please explain.
At the start of this challenge, I gave some suggestions about which Pictures should we choose, and I did find some pictures on my own.
After we received the pic from other team, I also try my best in finding the names to each face. I might not be able to find as much as Josh. But I can say that I have contributed, instead of just saying I know nothing and leave it at that.

I believe this week was suppose to be the week that dandre had to step up like she said she would and this week she pretty much didnt try when it came to finding the pictures. I am also in that same boat for the pictures since i didnt know them as well but the PM should in my opinion put in the most effort and go beyond what is expected so it was sort of a let down for me.
Michael: Do you plan to ever step up as Project Manager? When will this happen?
I do plan it just so happen to be that when i get to it it is already taken by somebody so im rtying my best to get here beore someone says they are doing it so hopefully if i survive this boardroom i would want to take the PM role and get out from the shadows
