In your team boards, you have 48 Hours to design, plan, and create another FULL Pitch of a New Apartment ROOM (Like wallpaper, bed size, layout, etc.).
The team with the best room doesn’t have to attend the boardroom this week.
Layour pics are allowed, like blue prints. Anything else is not.

Team Protege-
Every morning you open your eyes and the first thing you see is the room around you. Do you want the start of your day to be boring and unoriginal or do you want a room with a WOW factor? This apartment master bedroom is the most beautiful space you will ever see. The room itself is a spacious masterpiece but it's added on full bathroom adds a nice touch. Don't forget the whirlpool tub that will blow your mind. There is a double sink vanity with cherry oak cabinets and also a powder room for the misses with a full mirror and cabinet space for all her necessities. The bright color yellow paint in the bedroom is a great way to wake up any person because you just feel refreshed looking around. The bright color also helps to get you moving and to feel good. There is plenty of room for a king size bed with the room being 18x18. There is also a him and her walk in closet adjacent to the bathroom to store all of your clothes. The floor is hardwood so the room looks gorgeous too. The hardwood adds to a sophisticated look of the room that will leave your friends speechless. If you want this bedroom in your life you better check it out because it could be your dream come true!
Comments- It looks amzing and really well written, but I have a hard time believeing that all of this will fit in an 18x18 room. I also feel you did not explain a whole lot was in the room, but what you did describe was amazing. Very nice vocabulary, and style and delievery is 75% of a presentation.
Team Versacorp-
Our room is a spacious bedroom measuring 24' X 20' geared towards a teenager/ young adult. As you walk in you are immediately mesmerized by the walls. There is no wall paper but instead a plain white wall covered with various movie & game posters. To your left is a wide-screen T.V. that is attached to various game systems.
Straight ahead is a computer desk & C.D. player which along with the T.V. is hooked up to a surround sound system for the ultimate gaming & listening/ viewing experience.
To the right is the sleeping area that consists of a queen size water bed & a mini-refrigerator for cold items. On top of the Mini- refrigerator is a micro-wave for heating up various foods.
The front wall consists of various bookcases that are stocked with various games & movies & a closet for clothes & foot apparel.
The lighting in the room is provided by various lavalamps that are strategically placed through-out the room to allow for the maximum amount of light where necessary.
Comments- Your room is the excat opposite of Protege's room. Your room is more for the young adult, not adult. And that refelects in your descriptions as well. I think you have a lot of good stuff in your room, but a bookcase with not books? lol thats ok. Overall you did very well.
However, there was to be a winner and a loser. This was a very tough choice, but
but PROTEGE WINS AGAIN!!!!
That means Versacorp, you must head to the boardroom.
I really liked both, but I gave the win to Protege because their description was a little more formal, and their bedroom would appeal to the person more likely buying the apartment
