In your team boards, you have 48 Hours to design, plan, and create another FULL Pitch of a New Apartment ROOM (Like wallpaper, bed size, layout, etc.).
The team with the best room doesn’t have to attend the boardroom this week.
Layour pics are allowed, like blue prints. Anything else is not

ok so i think we need a list of everything we will need to think of
wallpaper
size-# of rooms, bathrooms ect
cost
furniture?-dnt know if its included
location
set up-hotel layout or condo
how many ppl would it b best for
apartment complex acsessories(spelled wrong)-pool hot tub lobby ect
view
ne othr things?

Well since this is only one room according to the directions, I would pick kitchen since that's what makes or breaks selling a house. Or did I read the directions wrong?

woops i only read apartment well damn i jus spent an hour on a blue print for nothin! but ok kitchen sounds good we need to pimp it out i think we need like all silver stainless steel or like hard wood floors oak cabnits? wat do u guys think?

I'm all for the stainless steal everything, definitely will make it look high tech. And it's an apartment so it can't be THAT extensive right? Unless its like an apartment in the Hamptons!

Stainless steal all appliances, nice light oak flooring with cherry oak cabinets, nice handles for the drawers and cabinets??

nice job on the blue prints
so i think we should start talking about points we wanna make in are presentation caz that really matters i think 1 should b that the 1st thing u do in the morning(most ppl) is make a cup of cofee so if ur kitchen is perfect and a good place to b then u will b refreshed for the rest of the day

...i asked bout the kitchen in a pm and when i get an anwser ill let u know and if he says only bedroom ill try to get more time caz we spent this whole time on a kitchen caz it wasnt specified

Yes that is true plus also if you clean it the night before lol Too bad we can't submit photos cause thats a blueprint of my kitchen lol I also have a big ass master bedroom with a full bathroom in it, with a shower, toilet, double vanity sinks a powder room area and a big ass whirlpool bathtub. So if we wanted to do that I can also take a pic of that blueprint?
