I have one simple question for all 3 of you before the more complex ones.
Who should be fired, and why?

Though I take full responsiblity for the loss, because I was Team Leader. This is nothing personal but I feel that Michaelnsync should be fired. Jigsaw came up with the idea of a teen/ young adult room & this was a good idea as you stated in the results. I went with the idea & I still believe it was a great idea. If you wanted a boring room like the other team described then we would have done that.

I would say Michaelnsync. Because Jay came up with the skeleton of the whole room which leads me to come up with the idea of a teen/ young adult room. So I guess there's no reason for Jay to be fired.

I feel that I should stay because I stepped up & took over the challenge. Though Jigsaw did suggest that we go with a young adult / teen room, I was the one who came up with what to put in it & the design of it. I realize that you didn't like the room that we came up with but I still believe that it was better then that boring space that the other team called a room.
I'm the first one to admit when I've been beat, but I still don't believe that is the case.

I feel I should stay, because as Jay had said before michaelnsync was fired, as a project manager, he said he had to take full responsibility for the loss. All I can say is that a lost is a lost, we can never say the other team's idea is boring, but we should try and improve ourselves, so there's no repeat.
I can say that should I remain, I would take up PM the next round.

Well, neither of you answered the question, lol. but that is a good thing. That woulda got you fired  However, taking everything into consideration, I must fire.... Jigsaw. You have not really stepped it up, and you only added the theme for the room, not the description, which was jay's work. Your time is up. This was a close call, Jay. You got by on the skin of your teeth. You will not be so lucky, if you end up here again. DUN DUN DUN. |
