OK, critique- Josh, you were late, I know you posted in the wrong place, but a mistake like that in the finals is a big NO NO. However, your presentstion was really good. I would have LOVED pics with yours, and i think those would have put you right up with eaglzfan, maybe even ahead

Eaglzfan: The "Smoldering Ember" is a new elegant restaurant! The inspiration of the restaurant was the clash of fire and water. Thus the name the "Smoldering Ember." The restaurant is a perfect combination of a beautiful eloquent dining experience and fantastic flavors that will surprise your taste buds with every bite. The theme of the flavors continues the trend of the fire and water clash. The menu contains many different seafood items grilled to perfection, once again keeping the clash of fire and water. The decorations are very complex and will leave you in awe. There are glass water tables hanging from every wall creating a blue shine throughout the area. There are candles placed at every table and booth. There are also fire places at each end of the restaurant. In the middle of the restaurant there is a fountain that creates a serene vibe but the spot light makes it appear orange as if the water is on fire. The Menu Appetizers Shrimp and Asparagus Risotto -A rice risotto with a nice helping of asparagus and shrimp mixed in. Eggs Benedict over a tossed salad -A perfectly cooked egg over a shredded salad with some ham and baked tossed in.
