Are you pleased with the layout of the site? If not what would you change?
-I am very pleased with the site layout. Everything is very easy to find unlike other sites.

What is your opinion on the reality games category, is it better in its current form or the former form?
-I prefer the current form myself because everything is all in one place.

What do you feel is missing from the forums, design wise?
-Pictures would be nice. Id love to see pictures on the boards because it would make the site more appealing to random people that stumble on the site.

How much can and will you advertise for SRGO?
-Oh i have a lot of people that I have met through other games that can hopefully sign up and help me advertise

Is SRGO your favorite ORG site, will it always come first when you come online?
-YES SRGO"S my favorite! I love this site. This was the 1st site I ever became a member of to play orgs and will always be my home so yes it will always come 1st.

What games can or can't you host, and how many games can we expect to see out of you a year?
-Well I can host any games that are needed of me to host. I play many games a year or as many as I have time for and I have won 2 . Renny I am coming for you on the points board!

If a problem comes up on SRGO and you needed to stay up all night to fix it, would you?
-Depends if it's on a Friday or Saturday sure, but if its on a weekday I couldn't. I have to get up at 6:00 am and class comes 1st to me. I'm sure most people would agree with me there.

What Unique plans do you have for SRGO?
-Well....I have met some people that also run a site like SRGO. I think it would be AWESOME if we could get some rivalry's going. I think if we made some SRGO vs___ games we could pick up members from other site and also meet new people from other sites and prove were the best site out there.

What is your plan to get more members to this site and keep them active?
-Look above. Also if we could get more games going at a time we could keep more active members.

What is your plan to fix the Grammar and spelling Crisis that SRGO seems to have?
-I can contact softball lol. I am probably 50% of the issue because my spelling is awful. I've had to look up like 5 words so far.

What is your plan to fix SRGO's overall Image among the ORG community?
-We kill them in SRGO vs__ games lol.

What is your plan to make SRGO a better place overall?
-Well I would like to expand our community and become an active host.

What is your Policy on Alias's?
-I think it's a persons person choice about alias's. I don't think a person should have more then 2 on a site though.

What is your Stance on Cliques and Inside Jokes within parts of the SRGO Community?
-You know what if there are inside jokes and cliques it makes the games more exciting. People will get more competitive and want to stay on the site.

What is your Stance on the Debate and Election system?
-I think it's great....as long as i win lol.

What is your Stance on the Current "Government" of SRGO?
-Everyone on the staff is really nice and helpful your just one key person *Cough.

What Is your Policy on Curse words and Obscene or Sexual Conversations?
-I don't believe they belong here. I mean if someone wants to curse every once in a while I don't see that being a problem, but anything more then that is crossing the line. Everyone should feel comfortable here.

What is your Policy when it comes to Inactives playing in a game?
-Get them out. I don't put up with them in my game and it makes the game less enjoyable for active players.

What is your stance on the Ban Penalty? When should someone be banned or suspended?
-When they go against the host or staff and cause trouble with the site.

What is your policy on playing in back to back games in the same series, should it be allowed?
-Ya I do it all the time. If the game is good why not?

What is your Stance on the invisibility option, should it be outlawed, or should there be rules for its use, or is it fine as it is?
-I think it's fine as is. I have never seen a problem with it.

-Well with gay marriage I think it is the persons personal choice but abortion i do not agree with. Every child deserves a chance to live.

I don't know what you mean by former form... But I like the way it is setup now

More colors of the current design we have. Not just plain ones in other colors. Plus the Archive section needs a little more tidying up.

I have already done quite a bit of advertising for SRGO. About 10 sites have ads that we placed by me. Maybe more. And there are still more sites I am able to advertise on.

For sure! This is the first site I check when I wake up, and come back to school! I love seeing the new games available for sign ups!

What games can or can't you host, and how many games can we expect to see out of you a year?

As you've seen already... Tournament of Torture, and I Survived A Japanese Game Show. I am also winning to host any kinds of game... Survivor, Endurance, The Mole, you name it!

If a problem comes up on SRGO and you needed to stay up all night to fix it, would you?

I would, unless of course I had school the next day. I can't let online sites get in the way of my school work. If I had school the next day and there was a huge problem on SRGO I would set it to maintenance mode so only staff can get on until it is fixed.

More fun boards where you guys can chat in. Also a lot more fun games.

Just advertise where ever I can and bug them to stay active xD

When I see a spelling mistake I will fix it... But I myself am not a perfect speller so I can't catch everything.

Add rules that Srgoians (new name I made up) should follow. Also, like I said, come up with more cool games.

Try to keep the members active with fun and exciting community.

As long as these jokes are not hurtful to anyone and everyone is included in their own way it's all good.

It is neat to see what people have to say on certain topics. As long as debates don't get out of hand.

What is your Stance on the Current "Government" of SRGO?

Very good. I love the way everything is run.

What Is your Policy on Curse words and Obscene or Sexual Conversations?

I would prefer if this was kept to a minimum but I wouldn't make a huge fuss about it.

What is your Policy when it comes to inactives playing in a game?

Kick them out and find replacements, or figure out some sort of solution.

What is your Stance on the Ban Penalty? When should someone be banned or suspended?

When someone continuously breaks the rules should get a temporary ban. If after the ban they continue to mistreat the site they should get a permanent ban. We don't seem to have a problem with this on SRGO so all's good.

What is your Policy on playing in back to back games in the same series, should it be allowed?

I think it's fine as long as new people get priorities. If there are 22 applications for a game that only seats 18, I think new players should get in first. I think everyone deserves a fair chance in games so back to back games should be allowed.

What is your Stance on the invisibility option, should it be outlawed, or should there be rules for its use, or is it fine as it is?

If people want to go invisible let them go invisible... I see no harm in it.

I would have to say Renny as she has proved more along the lines of Game wise and staff wise.

I think game wise, everyone brings their on perspective in. You have the drama maker, the one that lays low, the leader, the followers, and all those other types... I think everyone on this site is valuable in their own way.

I don't really pay attention to these subjects.

If SRGO were to be re-named, what would you rename it?

Wow... I love the name now. It's so catchy and sounds cool... If I was FORCE to rename... I guess something like The Org Warp Hole or something like that...

As I am already in the staff lounge place... I have set up my own board for ideas I come up with. I will post all my ideas there before making any changes unless they are really minor changes that wont affect much...

I can help new members if they have any questions about the site. Also I can make it more enjoyable by posting more in the chats.

Seeing as I am already a staff member in a way I think we all get a long great... I think it's perfect the way it is and if someone were to join it'd get a bit more chaotic. So I think me getting voted in to the global moderator position would be perfect because no new people would join the staff lounge and it wont become hectic.

I have hosted 6 Endurance Games, 2 Games on this site (1 coming soon), and 2 Original games. So yes I do xD

This newer form is more organized and easier way to tell what is going on in certain games whether you are included in them or not

Design wise i feel like it is very strong with not much to change at all

All over i have many friends throught my about 10 year ORG experience have gained friends and have competed not only in games located on SRGO but also other groups that arent as sophiscated as SRGO

Yes. SRGO is located in my favorites as the first favorite to come up in the favorites bar and that favorite bar is like my outline of the sites i go on everytime before i do anything

What games can or can't you host, and how many games can we expect to see out of you a year?
Coming in with bring my idea of bringing back a popular Games and such section i would plan to take full responsiblilty for it. In the past hosting shows such as Survivor, Endurance, TAR, Big Brother. So i can step up and take really any role to benefit the site. Also i plan to be a judge on the 3rd season of idol that will be going on.

Absoultey i cant sleep let alone go on with my day without knowing everything is running in great condition.

From Games and Such many Games such as Biggest Loser, Fight for your restuarant city, The Will, Game Shows, Roadrules, Duel i plan to bring back and see how they work down on this turf.

Get word out of all new things and hopefully come out strong with a big turnout and then have them become great members that stay from just doing one game to another.

I am a big part of this. I constantly have the staff keeping an eye out on me. For me my reason is pretty much i know what i want to say so im just typing all out and i consider it more of like a type of dialect thing i have to make some games more lifelike.

Try to get people from TIB to convert over and have them shut down and prove SRGo is the better of the two.

more diverse members. I am a very social person outside SRGO consisting of people from many groups.

For games where you are asked for them say for an example a celebrity to play then its perfectly fine. On the other hand if you have someone who has been banned and made a new account to try and get their way back in here that i believe is completely unacceptable.

What is your Stance on Cliques and Inside Jokes within parts of the SRGO Community?
I think there are not really any cliques i feel like SRGO is a huge friendship community where people may be enemies in games but outside games everyone is even. Inside jokes can usually be taken but if in any way you seemed offened by it then i can defently see a confortation not whole organiztion but just between the people. This way they can see where they are coming from.

What is your Stance on the Debate and Election system?
I believe it fair elections cant happen like every month they need to be more spaced out. I feel like it is good because it is the people deciding with the staff.

What is your Stance on the Current "Government" of SRGO?
Its awesome but with some people lost it hard to fill but i believe it absoultey can be done.

What Is your Policy on Curse words and Obscene or Sexual Conversations?
I think it is a little childish but everyone has those moments if it gets brought up then giving a little warning is very helpful. Curse words i really cant stand especially when your typing you can easily avoid it.

What is your Policy when it comes to Inactives playing in a game?
If an inactive signs up for a game it is there responsibility to compete and participate and unfouturnately there is no sure way you can be 100% that everyone that plays and applys is going to be active no matter what they say so it is more of a trust thing with me and if that happens to me that person can easily lose my trust by not playing when they said they should and will.

What is your Stance on the Ban Penalty? When should someone be banned or suspended?
Im all for it it takes alot for someone to get banned but if they go over the top there is no other option but to do that even after constant warnings you can never be so sure they wont come back and do it again. After constant warnings and depends on how bad the damage that person has caused to one or many members on this site.

What is your Policy on playing in back to back games in the same series, should it be allowed?
I do it so im not gonna say it shouldnt be allowed i would say depending your placing would be a factor in deciding wheter or not to have them compete.

What is your Stance on the invisibility option, should it be outlawed, or should there be rules for its use, or is it fine as it is?
i think it should be outlawed cause that can be an advantage and also a disadvantage in some challenges for players and competors.

Me being an openly gay man i obviously support gay marriage me and my boyfriend have been going strong for a good 3 years now and it is an amazing feeling. Abortions i think should be not forced but a choice by the mother of the baby. its her life let her live it.
