'If you became staff, would you go all crazy and start trying to make changes that aren't best, without consulting your fellow staff?'
No any ideas with be talked about with other members and all staff to get a positive reaction from it before pulling through on it and then have it on the off chance fail.

'Besides hosting and new members and activities, what can you bring to SRGO?'
Bringing back Games and Such games that got lost from the switch such as R&R, Will, Resturant, The biggest Loser, Gameshows

'Will you upset our Staff Member Status Quo? We have something good going already, why should you become staff at a chance of messing up something great? In others words, what will you do to allow an easy transition to being staff?'

I wouldnt of even think that. everyone on the staff i have an extremely close bond with built over a long period of time and i always have the upmost respect for all people especially my friends.

Finally - 'Do you even have any experience hosting?'
Yes i do i have hosted a Survivor, Endurance, TAR, BB and some other not really big ORGs but
i have hosted a season of the bachelor.

Staff stuff to me is like business and i dont dicuss business with friends
