Welcome to Tribal Council everybody.
Red Tribe & Yellow Tribe, you are both attending tonight and must each vote somebody out of your tribe.
In the event of a tie, the last person to send in their vote to me will have their vote voided (they will NOT get a self vote in this scenario, but in all others listed below), giving us the person going home.
All people that don't vote will get a Self Vote.
You are to post these votes in a thread title 'Round #3 Tribal Council' in your confessional. If you try to send this via PM, your vote will be voided, not count, and be counted as a Self-Vote instead.
No changing your votes!
You can only vote somebody out of YOUR OWN tribe, not the others!!

You have until tomorrow, Friday October 9th @ 7PM EST to cast your vote IN YOUR CONFESSIONALS!!
